Now I have your attention, this is all running and on the road,it has a recon green engine, all original interior, good pop and roof canvas, the body has been painted a long while ago,has a few bubbles but is all generaly solid.

The but is,it had the belly pans cut off recently and the straight chassis rails needs replacing,it needs a little bit on the front drivers side, the crows feet need some attention, jacking piont and outrigger on the drivers side as well

Hello there,no itis not yours fella, the old boy has loved and cherished this from new, where in Gosport are you?

I forgot to say it has the original log book from new as well as the new style one.

Can anyone give me a rough estimate of the time / costs involved in doing the work needed underneath?

I know it's a bit like how long is a bit of string, but just roughly.

I can weld, but don't have time or space, so would need to get it done for me at the moment

It would probaly cost in the region of £2500,I am not a restorer so am guessing, which makes it a cheap van, even cheaper if you can do the labour for free.

Looks like a bargain to me , only wish I had a few quid spare . I'm only £3k short

Lock it by all means,I posted it on here to give true early bay enthusiasts a chance to own a genuine ,honest van,I have tried to hide nothing and be as upfront as I can, other people have felt the need to turn it into chat/discussion/slate,I know one person is not the voice of the whole forum, but even just a little acidity leaves a bitter taste.
