Recently imported from west coast USA is this pantina early bay VW. Just passed MOT

Has had a fair amount of work done to get it up to UK standard including :

1600cc engine has been stripped and fitted with new bearings, valves/pistons and electrical items and runs fantastic

New UK Headlights

New floor pan in drivers side

New battery tray welded

New brake shoes and cylinders fitted

New brake servo fitted

Wiring loom sorted and new relays fitted

She passed through the MOT and is now waiting for the new UK registration to come through from the DVLA

Tax free

There is a great patina effect on the roof and sides.

One side however lets it down. There is a large dent running down the nearside panels and it took a crumple to the front ns panel as shown

The replacement drivers door is sahara yellow as the rest of the bus but there is a thin layer of blue paint which could do with coming off.

I was going to replace the front panel as I have a new one to go with the bus. Also was going to fix the two panels but that meant stripping down the bus and respraying which meant the cool patina would be lost.

So decided to keep as is though the VW restorer who it is with is willing to undertake this work should you so desire.

Drives great and once the new reg comes through in a couple of weeks can be driven away.

There is a hand made interior inside with plenty of cabinets and a fold up bed.

If you are looking for a unique rat look/patina bus come and have a look.

Open to sensible offers.

Front overriders are not with the bus.

PLEASE NOTE

Deposit now taken
