What genius is that anti rattle strap!! I've used a bit of sugru on underside but I'm sure it's still moving about. Another item added to the to-do list, thanks

Thank *Sam* as I copied him on the strap, (I did the same on my Helsinki cooker unit)
It does the job and uses OG Westy parts.

Do you need the strap?

Strangely my bus already has the chrome ones on, just the ears have started to break up so that would be great.

Nice day for a drive so I went over to Kombi werks in Rettendon to pick up an original Continental roof bed

just have to recover the bed in the original gold '73 Continental material that came with the bed

Great looking Westy ! Looks super clean.

Your Continental roof bed is an Original one so out of a 73 onwards ? did it fit ok or did it need trimming down ?

It's just sitting in place at the moment James, it is a original Continental bed, it seems to fit okay, I don't think it will need trimming down, I'll let you know if it does
