here we have a 1973 camper that has undergone exstensive restoration, was stripped to a bare rolling shell, all windows removed and doors all removed and a total professional respray done inside and out, sparayed in a sage green with a cream roof bumpers and wheels and colour coded dash.
the bus has had fitted, new brakes all round complete with all brake pipes replaced,
4 new shocks fitted
engine was removed and overhauled, new plugs,leads,dizzy,points,coil, new carbaretta fitted, new clutch was also fitted.
all new window rubbers and scrapers fitted, new seals to pop top.
new lenses fitted.
old tyres were removed to enable respray of wheels, 4 new tyres have been fitted.
new headlinning fitted to rear of bus roof and pop top.
new carpetts fitted to cab area,
new seat covers fitted to cab front seats, rear seats are genuine wetie gold,
has westie continetal interior fitted, this has full width rock and roll bed,(not a cheap rebo one), has sink unit with tap and water tank, and cooler box fridge, top locker, wardrobe with stroage for cooker and gas bottles. the rear seats, or bed has its genuine covers fitted.
there are no curtains fitted as we thought that would be a personal touch for somebody to do them selfs, there is however silent gliss curtain track fitted all round inside of van.
as you can see this is a great looking van and no corners have been cut during the restoration of this van, there are only small bits you may do yourself as in curtains and getting the rear seats covered to your own personal taste, this is why we have left this for the buyer to do there selfs.
