A neighbor of mine has a 68 Bay that he was planning on parting out...I even posted an ad for breaking it, but I just returned from his place and had a good chance to check it out. I think it is far far too solid and straight to split into bits. There is some nose damage, the seats are all gone, and the wiring is a mess, but the rear cargo floor is spotless! The body is extremely solid, I saw no rust except a little surface rust on the front floors and a couple of very slight bubbles down low on the nose that is probably more from crap bodywork up there, than anything structural. the glass is all good, the lights are all there, looks like it had one owner since new up until 2001. There is no title, but I am sure that could be handled. The engine is in it, but it is not running and has not been for quite some time. It can be had for 1200 GBP as is, where is...so it is a bargain for someone!

My apologies to those that were hoping for me to break out the plasma cutter...I just dont think I could live with myself if I did it!
If YOU want to do it though...go right ahead!
However...the same gent has a late Bay that I really must buy and restore... photos at the bottom of the same page.
The most complete and original 77 Landmark Camper I have ever seen...the engine is bad and it is badly sun faded...but I want it!!!
