1969 VW EARLY BAY CAMPER/PANEL VAN CALIFORNIAN IMPORT 12 months MOT / tax
HELLO ALL, This VW is one of the best examples in the country with original paint and bodywork finished in montana red. Tax except. Originally from California he was imported in 2 years ago by Graham at Midland Early Bay used him as a workhorse around the country for trade stalls, They upgraded the brakes on the front to discs, front shocks and horseshoe on the rear to lower him. It originally had an 1800cc in but Graham replaced it with a new reconditioned 1600cc which is superb and doesnt miss a beat and fires up first time every time even when been standing a long time. The bodywork is rust and rot free but does show every bump and scratch of his life (not like some vans filled with filler and painted shiney) this a 100% original, genuine van. Ive recently undersealed him with waxoyl and waxed the body so weather tight for another 6 months. Everything what should work does even the heater which is rare, The alloys are unmarked and tyres are good only 12 months old. All the doors line up perfect with new rubbers all round. The seats are a little tired but go with the look of the van. With rock n roll bed in the rear with brand new corduroy covers. Also one off roof rack made to suit. We've owned him for a year now and loved every minute, this is an awesome van and will never let you down, even Graham at Midland Early Bay would have him back if his wife would let him.
The only reason for the sale is we want an early bay with windows for the kids so may px with money either way.
For any questions ( im sure ive missed something) either email, text or call me Warren on 07908720559 :D

Warren you need to load them up to Photobucket first and then paste the image code into here.

Heres the one you posted on the MEB Facebook page, I'd love to buy Monty back but cannot justify it at the moment
