After selling my 71 westy to fund an extension on my house i bought this 69 texan import....This was last february and havent really been able to get going on it apart from a bit of stripping out due to other commitments.
I have got most of the repair panels and a T2D narrowed beam and dropped spindles plus a few seals etc..
I am going to go through the mechanicals and paint the underside but the exterior will get the bare minimum for now due to time and money.
When the house is finished i will restore it properly. Its gone to a friends workshop today so i can finally start it in the next few days, I will try and keep it updated as and when i get to work on it
The underside and arches are mint,needs a full cab floor,one sill,both corners,battery tray,lower side panels and some cargo floor repairs.......for now :roll:
