havnt started the front yet!just got to finish the welding on the window channel and arches then all the welding is done!after a year and a half!we had major trouble with the passenger side door as it just wouldnt line up!we soon discoreverd that the front cross member had been tack welded on, and fitted whilst one side of the van was jacked up!therefpre putting the whole side out!this started to kink the roof so a strengthning plate was welded in!now its a good even gap with the door hung!
front valance was full of expanding foam!great van i was told!never been bodged! :?
