So have been trying to get a few miles on it before the winter, so far have done about 250

Have been driving locally so not too far from home !

First trip of any distance was about 15 miles, the Mrs took the car just in case

Got my tax disc









Got rid of the ugly plates

Great job! Mine is in a similar state inside. I was planning to put TV or tablet in the same position. So watch with interest.

How did you manage to get the chrome so shiny on the front quarter light exterior? I've tried chrome polish and all sorts and mine are still quite dull.

Out of interest where did you source the chrome wipers ?
 
The arms and wipers are both nos

Arms were from kieft en klok and wipers were from vwed on here
