Guy's, this one is my call and I would like you all present, camping,
displaying and even racing if you have a mind to. I’m also inviting the
T2 Owners club so we could be on for a monster weekend of displays
and camping etc.

On the weekend of 25th April, the Split Screen Van Club have officially
been invited to the first ever Volksworld Camper and Bus Show at Santa
Pod Raceway. This 'Show within a Show' will benefit from the advantages
of the already hugely, successful, Big Bang weekend, including its own
areas within the venue creating its own identity. The three days of VW
fun will include great racing, traders, music and comedy and a massive
Show and Shine competition.

Once again the BWA (Buses With Attitude) have been given a racing
slot on the strip, along with the USB (Ultimate Street Bays). So, if
you’re into a bit of bus racing, this is the weekend for you! Please note,
you will need to bring your driving license and your bus will also need
a seat belt if you intend to give it a go. If you have never been on the
strip before, why not take this opportunity and have a crack at it!

This year, due to the ever increasing bus scene in the UK, the organisers
have decided to dedicate a ‘bus only’ camping area, so we can all hang
out together, not to mention a formidable display area I’d like to fill with
your buses! So, please, if you have a bus, no matter what condition it’s
in come and find us and park up with the club. We have not particular
bus style preferences either, if your bus is stock, we love it! if your bus is
lowered, we love it! if your bus is in the process of a rolling restoration,
we love it! This is your display area, make good use of it!

For more information please call Santa Pod Raceway on: 01234 782828
or Rikki James on 07802 884583, alternatively you can visit the Big Bang
web site at http://www.big-bang.co.uk
