Aerial Advice ?

The original aerial that came with bus didn't completely fold down, so even when fully retracted still stuck up about 6 inches, which meant
eventually it got broken off when the winter cover was put on...

Does anyone know of an aerial that will fit in same hole, that will fully retract, or be able to be removed.

Would rather not have radio than have to drill new holes, but would like radio if possible....

It does retract to a smaller point for storage and was easy to do - only took about 20 mins to replace

Same problem here, I have that exact same aerial and suffered a similar breakage.

The only solution I have found is to buy a straight replacement and to remove it at the start of winter and replace it with that broken stub, then come spring, put the unbroken aerial back on. It's a PITA to be honest.

Ideally a nice spring mount between the stub and the extending part would allow the aerial to flex under the cover. Anybody know of one that fits the 'two hole' fitting of this aerial?
