Anybody seen my dads old westy AUY ?59M

My dad used to have a post '72 westy (yes i know, its not early)

number plate: AUY ?59M

Last seen (by me) big and orange in Tamworth

the question mark could be a 6 or a 7 im not too sure (obstructed in the photograph)

I just want to see if shes still alive.. i have some fond memories of camping in her when i was 4 or 5 (im 17 now, so she could be dead =s)

AUY659M is a 1974 Mini black

If one of those is the correct registration,then it means the camper is dead and the reg has been re-used.
Could it be a different reg?

AUY359M comes up as a 1974 orange/white VW 1600 motor caravan with 5 previous owners first registered 05/04/1974

The vehicle has recently been relicensed or Sorn declared.Looks like it's still around somewhere,what condition who knows?

YES! it was an orange 74... thanks for your help! must be a 3.. i'll try find some other pictures and check :lol:
