Automatic M-Plate decoder

Excellent resource, finally decoded my M-Codes today, after nearly 6 years of ownership.



If you hadn't already spotted it you can also search the database for all the previous decodes 8)

The only unknown code was "L70", could this be one of the groups of M-codes numbers?
Any ideas anyone?
