ball joint replacement via post

As above. My van needs a new ball joint on the trailing arm. Does anyone do a replacement service via post? I don't have the time to take it anywhere right now and would be nice to pop the arm in the post for a new one to be fitted.

Be very carefull with choosing a brand as a lot of the ball joints out there are way to stiff!!
