I can't understand how this is hitting the floor, my bus seems pretty low, yet the tyres will hit the inner arch before the beam would bottom out. I will do some measurements.....maybe I need to go lower

Looks Cool by the way 8)

same this end.

I have had no trouble with tyres hitting the arch, i'm putting this down to the porsche brakes that narrow the track, by arround 18mm a side, and the 6.5" rims et 53 and the narrow tyres, it all helps.

I raised it up today, stil looks cool, havent had a chance to test it out yet though.

I will add that it only hit the ground on big bumps.

mine hits the ground every now and then. is it safe to grind some of the beam (1" or so)
hope so any pics
i want to go lower :D

I have this problem, I fitted t2d dropped spindles left my 185/70 14's on and stock dampers. The tyre with two people up front would bottom out on the inner arches. I've no gone to 15" wheels and went for a 165/55 15, now I dont rub the tyres but the beam end plates. I guess its clearanced itself a bit because the problem doesn't seem so bad after a few scrapes. I plan to grind some off, and am waiting for some adjustable dampers to slightly stiffen the front up.
