Best way for lowering?

TBH mine can bounce out of the biggest dips/potholes (Irish roads) enough to bop your head on the ceiling, but these patchwork roads have to be seen to be believed.
There are 28 points of adjustment on the dampers which I have only had at two; lowest and mid - I must experiment more.
On regular roads, motorways and around bends it's nice and smooth but firm but not uncomfortable - less bodyroll too, as with any method of lowering I presume.

I found the worst side effect of lowering was standard rear shocks bottoming out on a one spline drop, this made driving uncomfortable and possibly unsafe.
It's now on two splines with standard front shocks on the rear, they're the perfect length. ;)
