Brake light problem

Got a problem with the brake lights on our '68 cali import. They will only work when the brake pedal is pressed REALLY hard, not even a flicker at any other time.

Could this be down to faulty switches? Thanks

Yes it probably is at one or both switches. Easy job to do with a big spanner
