bug still wanted.

well after a dismal time on evil bay , due to people wasting my time etc i am still on the look out for a bug for mrs bex horse.

i have trawled the net but to no avail

any ideas on other sites apart from evil bay and pistonheads.

we were after an oval but , are now considering early 60s instead, slammed rat/ slammed resto cal or super stock( to slam ) early lights etc a must.
budget up to 6k for the right one but been floating around the 3-4k really.

ps i had enough of Ebay too , i won the auction and the guy just stopped replying his loss i guess but maybe im to old fashioned a deal is a deal right!
well thats twice now so bollox to ebay, there rant over.

so in a nutshell wanted good bug, good seller, gets good money the end

I'll be selling my bug soon mate but from your description I don't think it'll be what you want. It's a '72 1300 tax exempt and needs a bit of work in places but is perfectly usable as is. Much below your budget as well

I'm sure the right one will come along for you, probably just after you give up looking for a while :lol:

What about a nice little '67?

I built this for my wife back in 2008 but to be honest, we hardly use it - last year it only did 220 miles between MOT's It'll get used even less once the '68 is on the road......
