Looking very unlikely that we will make it now. Got in late and just have not had the time or the day light to look at my alternator problem, don't think my local guys will be able to sort out tomorrow morning either. Big disapointment as this was our first real weekend trip away

The problem I have with Show & Shines is the fact there is always one arse there who turns up in a T4 ex AA Van (no offence BTW) and becomes a ultra-orthodox camper bore commenting about how the front badge is not the correct one, the rear arch could do with some paint and the chrome must be cheap as it is starting to rust...forgetting that I have had the van 11 years, rescued it from oblivion and use it each weekend. Oh and have sunk 10 grand into it over the years. It really puts me off to be honest.

However, if these things dont really happen then I am up for it, but I will have a hammer just in case!!
