Buttys bits throttle kit

Just fitted mine... but the pedal feels a little too high now. Is there any adjustment I can make to bring it down a bit... I'm getting ankle-ache!

What should hold the pin in place that goes through bottom off accelerator pedal? Mines been fitted but pedal is wobbly after a long journey as pin slides out

There's nothing holding my hinge pin in either.
However, the carpet stops it coming out.

Mine has slide out a couple of times now, fitted before I got it and unsure if something should be there or not??
