C & C brake line kit. fronts too long?

Hi guys,

Bought a C & C brake line kit and the front lines are 30mm too long! Anyone had this issue? The kit was bought for the right year and LHD. Never had probs with their stuff before.

Will have to venture to the camper and get the chassis number as even though the camper is 1970 it could have 68-69 brake lines fitted. Had a quick google and unable to find the differences between years :/

Cut the ends off and re flare them shorter?

Defies the reason of buying a pre formed kit, plus I like bubble flares. Just waiting to hear back from c&c
