carb advice and help please urgent

hey guys i have a bay with a 1600 as engine in it and have a 34 pict 3 carb on but its aftermarket shit can anyone tell me what the original carb would have been on this engine so i can put a solex back on please i,e 34 pict 3 or other ..??? thanks

if its a twin port yes,if you get one check the jet sizes cos it could be a beetle one ,what dizzy as well.

mines a singleport and iv got a 009 dizzy i have bought a powerspark vacume advanced dizzy with elec ignition but that doesnt seem to be working it hesitates under load and pops and splutters so carb maybe ?
