Just a quicky realy.

My carb hasnt wanted to adjust pretty much sinse ive had it.
CO 0.20 and HC's around the 1000ppm mark, not ideal.

Anyway, been a bit quiet at work so removed n stripped the carb then fully stripped it.
Soda blasted everything (wasnt sure if it may f**k it for good  ).
Put it back together and re-fitted it.
Fired it up and spent an hour+ trying to adjust it but the readings wouldnt change :? .

Anyway
When i baught the van it had a twin outlet Beetle exhaust fitted.
Removed the baffles from the tail pipes for a more sporty sound  .
Put em back in this afternoon and now my Van sounds like a Beetle  .

Stuck it back on the Analyser and set the CO to 2.5 and HC's below 400 in 10 minutes flat.
Went for a spin and its never run so smooth. It was realy good before but even better now.

Just wanted to put this up.
If your carb wont adjust for Toffee then maybe take a look at your exhaust before shelling out on a new one.

Im putting it down to the increase in back pressure.
Worth a look.
