Clearence between heat exchanger and brace bar?

I am having issues with the clearence between my heat exhanger/ exhaust and the engine support/brace bar, they are very close so much so that somehow the exhaust clamp has broken and fallen off, is this a common problem? if so is there an easy fix?

I have what I think is a latter brace bar, its not the hollow pressed one

So you have thelate shaped square bar instead of the mustache bar?

What hangers are fitted?

mine looks a bit like these, it has the same centre as the top one, but only has one mount, but the ends are different

I have these engine mounts, they sit under the brace bar and ontop of a plate that is part of the van.

I think my brace bar looks like this one,

but it only has one mount for the engine, possibly due to the old engine having full flow?
