I am able to run a rod (electricians fish tape actually) entirely through the middle and rear drain holes but I am unable to get past something in the front drains.

If I rod up from the bottom, at the point where the plastic tube meets the metal tube I can go no further.

Today, I cut open my headliner near a front drain and removed the plastic tube, just below the point where the plastic tube is in the metal tube I hit a blockage I cannot get past.

What is there? How do I get past it?

Dont think you can get all the way through. There is a tightish bend on the swage line.
I ended up cutting into my pillars as the drain pipes had corroded out!

Thanks but not the answer I really wanted to hear.

I hope someone has found a way without major surgery!

Try running a long length of welding wire down them. Once it's through fix a length of string to the wire and pull that through too.
