Coilover shocks

I've fitted 3 1/2 dropped spindles to my 1969 t2 and 2 1/2 adjustable spring plates on the rear can anyone advice me on what coilover springs to get for the front and the best shocks for the back I've looked at the gaz ones but there is a long lead time and the lengths are confusing me if anyone has a link to correct ones to purchase that would be great cheers

Had coilovers on dropped spindles but found the ride a bit harsh sometimes;
Swapped them for bilstein ones - think I got them from T2D.
