Deluxe or Not

Hi there,

Some time ago I bought a 69 T2a. It's a US import model, actually rust free California but I'm not shure if it's a real Deluxe.
My bus has all the side trim, trim around the air vents up front, rear vent windows, front vent windows, heating channels on the doorcards to direct hot air to the back...
But not a chrome VW badge up front and no Deluxe trim on the bumpers.
So Is it a Deluxe or just a microbus with all the deluxe trim as an option?

Can anyone help me out?

its a definitely deluxe. US deluxes were fitted with overriders not bumper trim (which were probably removed at some stage), i would guess the badge was removed as well, but you've got deluxe trim grill and deluxe windows all round and sounds like the right interior bits too.

can you post the indentity plate numbers?
