Devon cooker unit

hey,
just after abit of info advice really, is the devon cooker ment to be on hinges and swing out? if so can you still get hinges or has anyone got any?
mine just seems to be sat in place but i think i have seen other peoples vans with them on hinges anyway over to you knoledgable (<not sure how to spell it) people

that little pin at the top allows the cooker unit to be removed from the van.
i also have the top of the cooker inc the bit that fixes to the back of the seat (somewhere!)
