devon roof bunk beds

Has anybody made there own or have any ideas, kids are to big to share the bed now.
Been looking for a second hand pair but no luck up to now.
Have a awning with a separate bedroom in but it's a bit chilly at times.
Would love to see some pics

Keep an eye on the Facebook early bay groups. I've seen 2 sets of Devon hammocks come up for sale so far this year.

To be honest bud, I find the devon bunks too small to be useful ..

(Take that as my lad won't sleep in them and Im too fat to get up there!)

Don't have facebook but wife has and she is on it 24/7!!!!
So have her looking out for us.kids r 3 and 9 and look malnourish so originals should be fine.
Like the ebay double bed but £400 is a bit steep but might be worth saving for.

As I've only got one devon bunk and they're so narrow my plan was to extend the horizontal bars on the bunk so they hook on the wrong two hooks, making a nice size single hammock. Need new canvass made obviously too but I thought it was a good idea anyway :?:
You Could do that and a cab bunk for the little one ?
No pics as my kids will be adults by the time I ever get round to it :lol:

Not sure, they only pop up one side. Guess its a waiting game one will surely crop up in the sale section or fleabay sooner or later. Jk used to sell them as a pair ( poles and cup system) but poles were to short.
