Different Carb....

Im having my engine rebuilt at the moment and the guy who is building it says there is a 1300 carb on there, he has said he will swap it for a 1600 one which im ok with.
Will i get any more power etc etc out of using the proper carb?

You will get better performance with the correct carb for the engine, as it is probably running very bad at the mo i presume

Yeah, it was running like a sow, then engine went bang....But it was a blighter before...

Get a new carb on there with correct tuning etc and your good to go 8)

Was probably running lean on the 1300 carb, which cause the engine to cook its self.
