Does this brake look ok?

I've been suffering for a while with the bus pulling to the left, I adjusted the shoes a while ago and it didn't seem to make a difference. This is a video of the right hand side drum which doesn't seem to be as strong as the left, does it look ok ? I know both shoes aren't move simultaneously but not sure if that's ok ?

Since uploading to YouTube the video looks like I've recorded it with a 90s cam corder for some reason

You sure it's the back causing the pulling? Could be the front, sticky caliper, collapsed flexi maybe?

The movement looks normal to me.

Check the linings on both sides are the same.

Clean and give a light sand to the linings and the drums on both sides.

If it still pulls try swapping the shoes from one side to the other.
