Hi,

Has anyone found a way to keep the cab door cards in place? I fitted new ones over a year ago now using new clips and bungs but they constantly pull back out of the holes.

Cheers

Definitely the right size clips and bungs as these have been known to have been supplied incorrectly in the past? Beetle ones are larger I believe, but you would have to have had the door holes drilled larger to accept them. Can you measure your holes? And post a link to which clips and bungs you’ve used?

From memory, I purchased all mine from JK and fitted with new door cards, had no issues. You definitely pushing them on with enough force as they do take a bit of welly to get them fully clipped in.

I got door cards from DB car trims in Blackpool and bought the clips and bungs from JK. They were tough to get on the door card and went in with a definite clip. They've been on for a while and not budged so def check your sizes and make sure they haven't sent beetle ones by mistake. 🤙

Fitting the plastic sheeting in such a way to keep them water tight was a whole other story that very nearly broke me haha [emoji31][emoji23]

Stainless cup washers and screws, they don't look that bad

Easy to remove without worrying about snapping clips or scratching paint either
