Fitting interior light in my Dormobile and don’t know where the purple/white wire goes to???

Can anyone help ? Is it the ground wire ?
I now know where all the others go 🌈👍
 
The purple wire is for the passenger area lights and is connected to the interior light switch next to wipers switch
