Had a good day, met loads of people and did lots of swapping of bits and buying new bits.

Managed to get:
ratty door mirror
mesh for behind grill (its a late one but early ones are like rocking horse poo)
Missing Chrome trim off my doors
OG chrome grill surround
Proper early vent end covers (under dash)
Another front grill with battered chrome trim (now surplus to requirements)
Westy power connector to try and fill hole in side of bus

and on the final trip around the halls...........an og front chrome badge, not cheap but so much better than the repro stuff 8)

I bought...
A kidney bean brake reservoir
Glove box lid
Splash pans seals
Westy sink tap
Ankor Wax
Split fuel filler flap
A couple of precious things from Gadget Boy

Also, a complete square back rear hatch. I dont have any need for it though :?

A good days shopping for me :)

Whizzed up to Stafford early doors with a mate, got there for 8:15, bought some bits, sold some bits and we were off by 12:00.

Did anyone notice the wheels caps on that split in the show and shine were stella cans ? very ingenious. I must admit I travelled all the way down and only ended up buying a heater lever for a fiver. Mind you burger chips and a coke cost me nearly a tenner ! At least Dick Turpin wore a mask !

Four of us made the trip up from Kent, left at 5:30 and got there just before 9am!

Was ok, nice to catch up with a few people that we hadn't seen since Brighton Breeze but for buying stuff there wasn't really any bargains, even Midland Wheels have stopped selling off their seconds!!!

It was also a lot quieter when it comes to traders, none in the snug downstairs and the area over the entrance upstairs wasn't used either. With the cost of fuel and a tenner to get in i'm not sure we'll be back next year which is a shame as we've been going for around 5-6 years at least :(
