I'm sure I attended a great NYE party in a partly restored (work in progress) castle/mill very close to that about 7 years ago...

Real nice around there.

Just had a look - it was a few miles before Liss in the woods near Dalystown.

I took my old van over to Dublin a few years back for the Wittness Festival, only did that and a night in Dublin itself, but do fancy going back to see more.
I sailed from Holyhead and remember it being pretty dear ....

i believe that some ferry operators give a discount for being a member of a car club? they give you discount on the length of the vehicle at very least.

if your going to any festival this is the one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_Picnic" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; relly chilled out and friendly.

I've attended Oxegen twice (second time to give it another chance) and it is utter ***** :x , if you think english Chavs are bad you should see some of the Dublin offerings at this gig. I swore i would never be back after having everthing either stolen, pissed over or pitched on top off :x . I was almost arrested for defending my pitch and belongings from several of them.

I'm taking my bus to electric picnic this year but missed out on campervan tickets - €60

...they're going for €320 on ebay now   That's on top of the €200 concert ticket.

it sold out quicker than oxegen probably because people are sick of the crap security at oxegen :? .

looks like another good lineup, ill definitely be at it next year, i heard it was very family friendly.
