EMPI 34 pict3 help needed!

I have recently had to replace my Carb with a new Empi 34 pict 3, I'm having trouble setting up, there is a flat spot on acceleration especially noticable when pulling away in 1st.
Ive followed instructions from you tube and various other web sites, have checked tightness of all joints along the inlet manifold, but am still stumped.
Am located in North Norfolk if anybody knows of anyone round here that can help?

Try adjusting the accelerator pump.

Probably your dizzy if you are running a 009 - there is another thread on here covering it
