I picked up my new bay tonight!! what can i say, it ws different but i loved it, it was nice to hear the noise of a flat 4 again, i managed 70mph, although it was probably 55 lol ther are a few teething problems, the battey light is constantly on, but then the fan belt is slacker than a $10 whore! and the oil light is on, but the wire isnt attached.

i'll get some photos up over the weekend.

p.s. my woman isnt so exited, does she just need to have a drive ? or do i need to order new curtains to really get her in the mood ?

take her to a show to buy handbags, fridge magnets, and trinkets for the van mate. the driving experience is lost on most girls. they seem to have unsimperthetic driving styles with lots of reving to find high biting points

get her intereted in the inside,curtians and stuff, but do not what ever you do give her the option of a colour change to the outside or you'll end up driving a van like mine :roll: :roll:

Dont forget that the fan belt also turns the fan that cools your engine, if the dynamo/alternator isnt spinning properly then doing 70mph is gonna cook your engine pretty quickly & if the oil light isnt connected you have no way of knowing when the oil pressure drops due to it getting too hot :shock:
