Hi peeps, with a heavy heart I'm thinking of selling my camper, she is a rare s042 turret top 1968 bus. had her about 4yrs and over that time she has had many changes. Originally from California came in as the most solid bus I've ever seen. Got straight to work giving her a link & pin 4 1/2 inch narrowed beam with csp break conversion with adjustable spring plates all done by t2d. Then had big notches later carried out by ballsd. Running 356reps in matching colour to roof. Then there was a full bare metal respray in original colours savannah beige & cloud white. Had a full recon engine running stock 1600 single carb and vintage speed exhaust. Then interior added original westy interior with only the headlining to Finnish. Massive sound system, Geneberg shifter, roof rack, tow bar...the list goes on. She is not concorst when it comes to condition as has been used as what was intended of her, but solid where it counts Check out full build thread on here in gallery under my name asking £14500 for her as have way over 10k in receipts. Hi but think I had a moment of madness......don't think I could ever sell this really, to much love, sweat snd tears gone into it, sorry to everyone interested but she's staying put and going to Cornwall with my 9month old little lad in aug. All these buses have there moments but that's what makes them what they are.........AWESOME!!!!!!! tHe smile it puts on your face whilst driving can not be explained, and the smiles on others too, chow chow my friends I'm off to plan some more lows.....
