From Stock Solex to Weber ICT's

Want to replace my solex carbs to Weber ICT's on my type 4 engine(from Eurocarb,seem like the best deal ?) are there anythings to watchout for during fitment/set up ???

Also want to replace fuel lines prior to this....would it be a good time/advisable to drain the petrol tank ???

Any advice most welcome..not the most mechanically handed !!!

re: tank how old is the fuel inside etc if not very old and the van is used often just swap the fuel lines dont drain it
