where is the best place to get a replacement??

i need to replace mine as been told it shot thanks to last owner.
i want to lower my van and replacing the beam is the right time to sort the lowering out too..

let me know where is best and where not to touch

and what is the difference when they say 2" or 4" narrowed is that making the beam not as wide or what?
