Just Seen Junglefacejakes too, they are very tidy.

Have you got any hole cutting saws? if not get one about 50mm and when the bus is on the axle stands and you know where to cut get a piece of 2x4 jack it against the chassis rail. You can then centre the drill in the wood so you get a semi circle cut in the rail for your notch. Weld in some 50mm tube grind back the weld and you have some nice looking notches.

Or you could get the grinder out and trim the lip on the Chassis rail then round the edges of with a flap disc so it looks nice.

Depends on the size regardless of what women say.

If they are bi-metal saws they will. If you have to buy one then get the tube that you need to weld back in first then get a suitable saw. Last thing you want is to cut a hole to small.
I also forgot to say before that the tube needs about a 3rd cutting so it is c shaped, or c-notched.
I bought the cheapest drill from b&q 10£ I think as I thought mine might burn out, the cheap one did start smoking when I finished and got my money back.
