Front Hub on the Rear?

Does anyone know if a front wheel hub (211-501-621) can be used on the rear? May seem like a stupid question but will clarify later.

Nope! Sorry. The rear ones are splined.

Also for reference, ETKA calls the rear part 211501619 and they're still available OEM for 113.50 Euros each.
