Was driving home from work the other night and the van suddenly got this terrible flat spot :? Next day i checked everything, points, plugs etc. Worked out it was fuel issues, changed the fuel filter even took the the twin Webers off stripped them down cleaned all the jets, air correctors etc everthing all fine :? Then i blew an air line up the fuel line to the tank after that it's alot better but it still has a small flat spot. I'm thinking there is s*hit in the union from the tank :?:

What does everyone else think?

if its a flat spot still crap in carbs or gasket bollucked ,did u clean filter in tank :?: beside air line as u just blew crap back into tank to block again ;)

Yeah i must admit that was a blonde moment  Got a mate round, we hauled the motor out and removed the tank. The amount of crap in the bottom of the tank was amazing  Got it all back in, started it and problem solved :D
The Webers need a tiny bit of adjustment but i'll do that tomorrow.
