Gearbox's??

Hi all.

I'm after guidance/advice on replacing my gearbox.
I've a 69 bay, with a "decent" 1776cc engine.
My box is a little tired and could do with replacing/re-freshing.
I'd like to improve MPG and running temp at 70mph if possible.
It runs approx 4000 rpm and 110c @ 70mph.
Any advice/suppliers recommended.
