Fitted one to my Empi Q/shift,seems to really improve things for me making the throw smoother,dont bang my knuckles on the handbrake and generally more comfortable to use .Makes me wonder why they dont make them like this in the first place.

Hi, is this the shifter with the trigger lock out for reverse ?
