From my days as a kitchen designer  The different grades of stainless steel were available especially in stainless steel sinks and the the quality reflected in the grades used and the price. Stainless is actually the clue as in it means stains less not that it`s impossible to stain  It`s really a compromise between how much steel is in the mix where the majority of the strength comes from but will rust, and how much chromium is in the mix, the more chromium the less it will stain but more chromium makes the steel more malleable (flexible) which is not always a good thing for things like brakets etc. So in short,,, ALL stainless steel will rust if left with water on it long enough but usually it`ll clean off fairly easily 8)
You could always buy them and strip them and get them triple chromed I spose  then fit them
Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,, And the same with the magnets, depends on the mix
