hey mark

1st id go through all the engine mounting bolts and rubber mounts for the engine as they are cheap from people like GSF , look in the mags or on tinternet. Then get a large screwdriver and remove the round disc in the top of the exhaust . Thats a packing piece and is supposed to be removed on fitting Im sure thats what the writing on the top of it says . You can then buy a steel collar from GSf that fits into said hole and thats what your air hose pushes onto . I would also check your heater levers and cables as these are cheap too and would make a noticable difference to the pleasure of driving the bus . If you need anymore Help etc just post up . Also have you had this bus long ??

yeah I will go over it all, and check the bolts, I have had it about 6 months, he engine had just been fitted when i bought it, I think it was a rush job, as it was wired wrong too. :(

It's easy to modify the h/e levers so they work properly from the cables. Do a search on here and VZi for threads showing you how to do it. Basically you make up a short lever from some flat strip and fix it to the existing lever.
