Heater vents under rear seat - replacement tubing

Hi all, I'm trying to repair these heater vents, and they have black corrugated card tubes as part of the assembly which need replacing - anyone any idea where I can get replacement tube? I have plenty of spare tube from the engine bay heater tubes, but its a larger diameter and I cant find the smaller stuff anywhere.
