OK so after psyching myself up after reading the samba Here I've decided to give stripping my aftermarket paint back to the O.G. paint underneath a go.
At the minute it's looking good, there are 7 layers of primer and paint to get through but the last layer that sits on top of the O.G. paint hasn't been primered and what I've revealed is in perfect condition so far.
What I've done so far though has been done using a blade and wet & dry, it's extremely slow and I've nicked the paint twice now with the blade. I looked for advice online for what could help and oven cleaner and graffiti remover was suggested so I went and got these from b&q Oven cleaner , Graffiti remover
Both are absolutely useless, did nothing to the paint, can anyone suggest some other method or product I can try?
Thanks!
