help needed with accelerator pedal

I have fitted a new pedal and it does not feel right, it feels like it is not giving me full power. Could some one tell me how far back from the hole the accelerator rod comes out of, the pedal is as i think that i may have fitted it to far back..

...get someone to depress the pedal and hold it down...then check the carb, to see if you get full travel :mrgreen:
